Collection of Personal and Shipping Information upon checkout

Once you are finishing browsing our store you will be directed to the 'BikeKitParts Cart' page where you will be required to enter in your personal information (i.e. such as Name, Address, City, State, Postcode, Contact Number, Email Address) and shipping information if different (i.e. Gift Parcel being sent).

You can also leave special instructions or comments in the 'Additonal Information' box underneath the Miscellaneous section. You also have the option of electing your Internet Browser to remember your checkout details for next time or signing up for promotional emails (i.e. such as Newsletters, Cycling Specials, and more).

Confirmation of Payment Method

Once you are ready to proceed you have the option of chosing payment methods of either:

1. Payment by Credit Card
or;
2. Email Order

Upon choosing your payment method and clicking 'checkout', your final order total including shipping costs will be displayed. Click on the 'checkout' button to proceed.

1. By selecting to pay by credit card, you will be transfered to the Paymate 'Express Payment' payment page , which uses a secure 128 bit SSL Certificate to encrypt and capture your credit card information.

Enter in your credit card information under the 'Credit Card Details' section as requested and review your final purchase amount.

Simply review the 'Terms & Conditions' and if you agree, tick the check box and click 'Submit Payment' to finalised and process your transaction.

Once processed you will be redirected to the BikeKitParts website and given the full details or your order for reference purposes.

2. By selecting to pay via email order, you will be transferred to an order confirmation page outlining the full details of your order.

One of our staff members will be in contact with you within 48 hours to collect your payment details, or you may contact BikeKitParts on +61 (07) 5573 2475 to finalise payment before your purchase is shipped to you.
