The T2 Carbon model is the only triathlon shoe on the market to feature a nylon sole with two replaceable (simply remove the heelpad and retaining screws) 100% pure carbon inserts positioned in the metatarsus and arch support areas, the areas where extreme foot pressure is applied in order to exert the maximum muscular force.

The Carbon insterts cover 60% of the surface of the sole, giving more rigidity compared to nylon but, at the same time, also providing increased flexability and comfort in the toe area of the shoe which allows improved blood circulation when the rider pushes on the pedals.
